Background on Client #1: 16-year-old transgender female in juvenile prison. She was homeless due to conflicts with her family regarding being transgender. She also has a history of substance abuse concerns.
Background on Client #2: 54-year-old male with over 10 years in and out of the criminal justice system. He has a history of mental health concerns and has committed 3 violent felonies in the last 10 years. He is also recently divorced and takes heart medication that requires additional management.
Write a 700- to 1,050-word report for your supervisor classifying your clients’ needs, based on each of their backgrounds. Complete the following in your report:
Classify the needs of each client based on the information you have (in general, clients are classified into multiple groups).
Recommend services for each classification you identified in the previous step.
Discuss how the recommended services could support the clients for each classified need.
