The group started after Corona Virus hit the world, and governmentsimposed a lockdown on numerous countries. At first, many people thought it was a mere flu thatwould heal within days until people started dying, and the numbers skyrocketed. Tension filledthe universe as regulations on wearing masks, social distancing, and general hygiene tookcontrol. Many lost their jobs and their income sources, schools closed down, international andnational travel were banned, and social events barred. The norm of meeting face to face andtalking over a cup of coffee on the issues that affect people became a thing of the past. Peoplewere afraid of moving out of their houses, and families were separated for months. All theseissues combined weighed down on students significantly. This group emerged to providecomfort, love, connection, and help to everyone that needed such in these challenging times.Technology was essential in unraveling each individual’s various issues and deciding on the bestway to provide the solution.
